Riverside apartment

The flat had been divided in the 1970s into small rooms with low ceilings. We removed the later partitions, restored the original parquet and designed built-in joinery for the long wall of the living room so that the furniture could stay light.

Lighting is mostly indirect. Textiles are linen and undyed wool from two small workshops; the dining table was made from an oak beam left over from the mill's own renovation.
